Abstract

Palma yogʻi, oziq-ovqat sanoatida keng tarqalgan va koʻplab mahsulotlarda ishlatiladigan muhim  xomashyo hisoblanadi. U yuqori darajadagi toʻyinmagan yogʻlar, shuningdek, oʻziga xos shirin ta’m  va tuzilma xususiyatlari bilan mashhur. Palma yogʻining oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi roli oʻsib borayotgan global talab bilan birga, uning sogʻlikka ta'siri va ekologik salohiyati haqida koʻplab bahs-munozaralarga sabab boʻlmoqda. Ushbu tezisda palma yogʻining oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi foydalanishining ijobiy va salbiy tomonlari tahlil qilinadi.
