Ushbu tezida mikroskopik zamburug‘lardan ozuqa olish va uning ishlatilishi haqida yoritilgan. Mikroskopik zamburug‘larni mitseliylari oqsil va almashinmaydigan aminokislotalarga boy manba hisoblanadilar. Shuning uchun ham mikroskopik zamburug‘lardan olinadigan ozuqa oqsillari soya va go‘sht oqsiliga yaqin turadi.
