Biotexnologik usullar yordamida bioaktiv moddalarni ishlab chiqarish nafaqat iqtisodiy jihatdan foydali, balki atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish va tabiiy resurslardan samarali foydalanish imkonini beradi. Bioaktiv birikmalar, biologik faol moddalar bo‘lib, ularning organizmda fiziologik va biologik jarayonlarga ta‘sir etish qobiliyati mavjud. Ushbu maqolada fermentatsiya, rekombinant DNK texnologiyalari, biotransformatsiya, mikroalgalardan foydalanish va o‘simliklardan bioaktiv moddalarni olish kabi zamonaviy biotexnologik usullar keng yoritiladi.
